From the imagination and creative genius of the owner- a high end Sushi concept with plans for growth re-established itself into a bigger site, truly providing elegant and sophisticated dining offering. Working alongside the owners and the investors, contributing to the set up and smooth running of daily operations for 2 sites. Responsible for setting up food safety, rolling out new epos & stock system, training the team in guest service levels and instilling good labour controls with the management. Evaluating & contributing to every area of the business and providing strong leadership and constructive feedback to the management in order to improve the operations.
