2. Reviewing and evaluating their current FS & HS paperwork and making necessary improvements to ensure it meets compliance needs.
3. Carried out continuous FS audits/visits and put forward suggestions to improve areas of the business including storage, cleaning, maintenance and setting standards within the kitchen and back areas.
4. Set up compliance paperwork and trained the chefs to use them effectively.
5. Networked with 3rd party contractors in the areas of maintenance and fire provisions.
